Spacious family-friendly accommodations provided ample comfort.

Our experience was marred by the pool being closed, without any prior notice. The room service was an absolute failure, with wrong orders that never got corrected despite several calls. I encountered issues with charges that were contradictory, leading to a frustrating conclusion to our stay.

During my stay for a family visit, I really appreciated the spacious Deluxe Studio that felt just like home. The convenience of having a fully-equipped kitchen and washing machine made our time there much more comfortable. I want to specifically highlight the fantastic help we received from Mr Emrah at reception. he was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to assist us with any inquiries. there are lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for a bite after exploring the area.

what a disappointing experience at the Somerset! the pool was closed, and no one bothered to let me know, so I had to make do without my morning swim. room service was a disaster too, wrong orders and a staff member who clearly did not care. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t for the trainwreck of a trip.

Chommies at reception made me feel right at home, sharp-sharp check-in. Room was dik brekkie, super clean and comfy. Loved the little touches, like daily cleanup by Yesim who did a stunning job!

Brekkie could definitely be better, found some better spots nearby.

the staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which really made everything smooth. the location is amazing, just a short walk to awesome cafes and shops nearby. the apartment was huge, perfect for our family!
